What is the GRE?
The GRE General Test is the ONLY standardized test that helps a student gain admission to graduate school, business school, AND law school. It is the most widely accepted admissions test worldwide.
The Program
One-on-One Tutoring
Students work one-on-one with their tutor, either in-person or online. The program is tailored to meet the needs of each student's strengths and weaknesses. LITE targets all three areas of the exam, namely Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing.
Practice Exam
LITE offers paper-based practice GRE exams. Students gain exposure to a multitude of varying GRE questions so that they gain both the knowledge and confidence needed to excel on the official exam.
Start of the Program
Both the start time and length of the program are determined by the student's individual needs. Students can retake the official test once every 21 days, up to 5 times within a rolling 12-month period.
Fees and Rates
Registration Fee
$425.00
Non-refundable registration fee covers reservation of time slot, all test prep materials, program planning, administrative processing, and practice testing throughout the student's time in the program.
One-hour Session
$240.00
This rate is for Michele Brower, owner of Long Island Tutoring and Enrichment. Each session meets once a week for an hour. Weekly rate can be paid by check or credit card (for no added fee).
GRE Online Registration
To register in the program, please complete the registration form below. You can pay the registration fee online by clicking the link below or by mailing a check made payable to Long Island Tutoring and Enrichment. Please note that tutoring time slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You are not guaranteed a spot in the program until your registration form and fee are received and processed.
